1. Acceptance

By using bnhabitat.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

2. Nature of content

BN Habitat is an information + facilitation platform. Project details, pricing, and availability are sourced from developers and verified where possible, but remain subject to change. Always cross-check the official RERA portal before making a booking decision.

3. No brokerage to buyers

Buyers do not pay brokerage to BN Habitat. BN Habitat is compensated by developers as a listing facilitator. This arrangement is disclosed on every project detail page.

4. Calculator is informational

The payment calculator is an informational tool. Final pricing, taxes, and statutory charges (GST, stamp duty, registration) are determined at the time of booking with the developer. BN Habitat accepts no liability for variance between calculator output and final invoice, though we make every effort to keep the calculator current.

5. Phone gate

Full calculator output requires OTP verification of your mobile number via WhatsApp or SMS. This is done to prevent abuse and to enable us to follow up if you request assistance.

6. User conduct

You agree not to submit false information, scrape the site at scale, or attempt to circumvent authentication. Violations may result in account suspension and, where applicable, legal action.

7. Intellectual property

All content on bnhabitat.com — including but not limited to copy, images, mockups, mapping data, calculator logic, and software — is the intellectual property of BN Habitat India. Developer logos and project images are used with permission.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify BN Habitat against any claims arising from your misuse of the platform or violation of these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chandigarh.
